In order to ensure the material processing strength, bending rebound coefficient, and welding deformation index, the steel plate raw materials used by our company are all purchased from top domestic manufacturers to ensure the quality of our products.

The operator polishes the welded products, ensuring that the welds remain aesthetically pleasing and smooth while maintaining their structural strength.
Immersion in a pool filled with solutions: 1. Degreaser to remove oil stains; 2. Water to thoroughly clean the product; 3. Silane coating to form a dense protective layer, enhancing adhesion between steel and powder.
We select epoxy resin powder designed for outdoor use for spraying treatment, preventing corrosion and enhancing UV resistance. Our standard color is RAL7035, customizable per request.
Sprayed products are automatically transported into an oven heated to 200°C by a chain conveyor. They undergo preheating, powder liquefaction, leveling, drying, and final shaping.
Black sealing strips made by specialized CNC equipment are pasted around the door. They have excellent elasticity and match the waterproof folding edge, with protection levels reaching up to IP66.

All electrical components are made of brands such as Schneider, ABB, Siemens, Chint, and Delixi, and we have a complete set of electrical performance testing equipment to safeguard them.
Our facility includes a 2500 square meter factory building and a 400 square meter comprehensive building in the first phase, and will have a 5000 square meter factory building and a 700 square meter office building put into use in the second phase. The factory features a complete set of equipment, including steel plate laser cutting, CNC punching, bending forming, laser welding, surface degreasing coating, epoxy resin spraying, overall assembly, electrical component installation, and performance testing, to fully ensure end-to-end production control.
