The HCHVF500 has been specifically engineered and tested to provide best-in-class protection performance for main battery and on-board charging protection: Up to 1000VDC, Current rating (In) = 50 to 800A, Interrupting Rating (IR) = 50kA, L/R ≤ 2ms, Minimum Breaking Capacity (MBC) = 50kA or a perfect matching with DC contactor.

Operating temperature: -5°C ~ 40°C
Allowable operating temperature: -40°C ~ 85°C
Temperature correction factors: When working below -5°C, the low overload (L.O.) pre-arcing time will slightly extend, and the rated current will slightly increase. If operating above 40°C (104°F), the rated current requires extra correction factors: -Kt.
