Own Test Laboratory

We feature professional testing equipment such as 10/350μs 40KA and 8/20μs 120KA Simulated lightning test equipment, along with high voltage TOV and low voltage TOV. Upon request, we can share the parameters of each test for our customers' reference.

The Combination Wave Generator series is used to perform high energy surge tests. It can generate a broad variety of surge waveforms with different impulse modules, which are detected automatically by the control system.

Application Scenarios

Industrial Electricity Application

Industrial Electricity

In the industrial sector, compact and powerful surge protection is necessary to handle transformer and short-circuit currents to ensure the reliable availability of modern plant technology.

Data Centres Application

Data Centres

Data centers demand constant data availability. An important component of a comprehensive protection concept is powerful lightning and surge protection systems to prevent outages.

Solar System Application

Solar System

Photovoltaic solar systems present a high risk of direct lightning impacts and surges due to their exposed layout and long electrical conductors. Installing surge protectors at key points is vital.

Urban Architecture Application

Urban Architecture

Risks from lightning strikes, surges, and electrical fires inside structures are frequently underestimated. Installing adequate surge protection prevents system damage from distances up to 2 km away.

FAQ

Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a factory and can provide OEM & ODM services based on your demands.
Q: Which types of surge protectors can you offer?
A: We produce both DC and AC surge protectors. AC SPDs are available in T1, T1T2, T2, and T3 types in single-phase or three-phase configurations. DC SPDs provide voltages from 600V to 1200V, and can be customized upon request.
Q: How do I select the right SPD to protect my system?
A: For the main distribution box, T1 and T1T2 types are usually used. In secondary distribution boxes, T1T2 or T2 types are standard. For terminal distribution boxes (such as residential use), T2 or T3 types are generally selected. Please consult with our sales team to finalize the specifications.
Q: Which certifications or standards do you conform to?
A: Our products carry CE and RoHS certifications alongside corresponding test reports. All models fully conform to the IEC 61643-11 standard.
Q: How do you control product quality?
A: From the core chip to the copper components, we manufacture all accessories in-house. Every step of the production process is controlled by automated equipment and tested systematically to guarantee overall quality and delivery times.
Q: Can you provide DC type surge protectors for solar systems?
A: Yes. We currently offer T1T2 and T2 type DC SPDs. T1T2 SPDs are used in main distribution boxes for PV systems, while T2 SPDs are utilized in distribution boxes for personal/residential solar setups.
